Giving Day
On February 6th 2025, Amal turns 17!
Amal’s light continues to guide and inspire us, and this Giving Day, we aim to raise 500,000 PKR to support vital initiatives that could help save lives in emergencies.
Your contributions help us ensure that Amal’s legacy is a source of strength and endurance, everyday. Let’s come together to make a lasting impact in her name.

Donation drive for the Indus Hospital Network
In lieu of the current health challenge faced by the world and by our country, we at Rah-e-Amal are pledging our services and are joining hands with the Indus Hospital Network in fighting this crisis against the Coronavirus.
As per the need of the hour the emergency room at the Indus Hospital requires critical medical equipment along with PPE for its health workers, who have been working tirelessly ever since the outbreak was initiated in the province. We have humbly donated 50 PPE's to Indus Hospital from our platform from our existing funds. We are looking to arrange much more for the hospital with our collections. We are hopeful of your support through this time and are reaching out to our members and well-wishers to donate generously.
Funds can be contributed in cash, cash cheque or kind and can be collected by our team from your doorstep, following complete protocols of social distancing. We also want to assure our donors that the complete and transparent details of collections and proceeds will be shared with all.
May the world rise from this catastrophe, stronger and wiser, may we all do our share to contribute towards this rise. Looking forward to hearing from you, stay home, stay safe and give generously.

Rah-e-Amal is a step towards bridging the gap between frontline emergency healthcare professionals, the civil society and the government/ health department. This session in the AKU 5th annual surgical conference 'Transforming tragedy into change' sheds light on a systemic identification of emergency and trauma care shortfalls faced specifically in the city of Karachi on a regular basis and builds towards a progressive improvement of these systems.
It is open for all to attend.
